Half a cantaloupe
6 slices of prosciutto, torn into bite sized pieces
5 oz. small mozzarella balls, cut in half
handful of fresh mint leaves
toothpicks or kebab sticks cut down in size
balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds from cantaloupe. Use a melon baller to scoop out fruit balls. Or cut into slices, remove skin/rind and cut into 1-inch pieces.

Place a piece of cantaloupe, a piece prosciutto and a mint leaf, then repeat so each skewer has 3 of each. Set on serving plate and drizzle with vinegar.
