1 Bunch of Broccoli
1 Stalk of Celery
1 Onion
3 C of Chicken Stock
1 C of Half and Half
1 Lemon

Directions:
Directions:
combine in a saucepan the broccoli, celery, onion all washed and chopped up. Add 3 cups of chicken stock and boil for 15 minutes. Pour into blender add salt to taste and a pinch of dry mustard. Blend until smooth.
Return to pot, stir in 1 C of half and half. Serve hot with thin slice of lemon in each cup.
