⅓ C of Spelt Flour
⅓ C of Regular Oats
C of Raw Sugar
tsp of Cinnamon
C of Chilled butter cut into small pieces
4 T chopped Walnuts


7 C Peeled/sliced Granny Smith/Rome Apples
C Maple Syrup
tsp. or more Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.

Combine first 5 ingredients and then add walnuts.

Combine apples and rest of ingredients in large bowl. Toss well. Spoon into 8" square baking pan.
Sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
