1 c. Flour
3 oz. Cream Cheese
lb. Butter

1 c. Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, cream cheese & butter and form into mini muffin cups.

Mix brown sugar, egg & vanilla and fill formed muffin cups about half only.

Top each cup with 1 pecan.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
