1½ cups all-purpose flour
2 cups old fashion oats
1 cup brown sugar packed
⅔ cup butter
cooking spray
1½ cup apricot preserves (or any type of preserves)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix first 5 ingredients together until looks like coarse meal.
Place half mixture in 9x13 pan coated with cooking spray.
Spread preserves over oat mixture. Sprinkle rest of mixture over preserves and gently press. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before cutting. After cooled and cut sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
