1 pound stew meat, browned
4 carrots, scrubbed and sliced
1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
4 potatoes, scrubbed and cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Put browned stew meat into lidded cast iron pot. Add Onion soup mix, carrots, potatoes and Cream of Mushroom soups with 1 can water. Stir. Cook at 250 degrees for 4 to 6 hours. Serve with crusty bread.
