1 lb. mushrooms
4 Tbsp. butter
¼ c. finely chopped onion

2 tbsp. bottled oyster sauce
2 tbsp. dry sherry
2 tsp. soy sauce
½ tsp. sugar


Directions:
Directions:
Heat the butter over medium heat until sizzling. Add onions and mushrooms and sauté until all liquid has evaporated and onions and mushrooms are golden brown. Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce sugar, and sherry. Reduce heat to medium, add oyster sauce mixture and cook 1-2 minutes until mushrooms are glossy and sauce thickens.
