Deer steak
milk (regular or buttermilk)
flour
salt
pepper
lemon pepper (to taste)
garlic powder(to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize deer steak. Soak steak in milk. dip in mixture of flour, salt, pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and any other spices you want to add. Fry in a small amount of oil until browned. Drain well.
