1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place duck, breast-side down, on a large piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle soup mix over duck. Combine worcestershire sauce and hot sauce; pour over duck. Place in 250º oven and cook for 4 hours.
