1 bag cranberries, cleaned
1 orange (seedless)
1 cup sugar

Kay's recipe has no directions. But as I remember it, she put all the cranberries and the whole orange through a meat grinder with a fine blade. Stir in the sugar and let it sit for at least a few hours.

I have done it with a food processor. The texture is slightly different but it is still good.

I remember this every Thanksgiving with the Turkey.
