Ingredients:  
1 (16 oz. ) pkg. frozen peas, cooked 2 minutes & drained.
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed or grated
2 hard-boiled eggs,chopped
c. celery, finely chopped (opt.)
tsp. salt
2 T. green onion, chopped
2 T. pimento, chopped
⅓ c. mayonnaise
Bacon bits
1 green pepper, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except bacon bits and bell pepper; toss well. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight. Sprinkle bacon bits and bell pepper slices on top of salad before serving.
