Ingredients:  
• 3 lbs beef - 3/4" cubes
• 4 onions, sliced
• 6 carrots, diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 8 Tbsp butter
• 2 cup Campbell’s beef broth
• 1 bottle (12 oz) Guinness
• 4 Tbsp butter & 4 Tbsp flour - knead together

Directions:
Directions:
• Cook onion, carrots and garlic in 4 Tbsp. butter over low heat, until onions are soft, and remove from pot.
• Brown beef with remaining 4 Tbsp. butter.
• Return vegetables to pot, and add broth and beer.
• Simmer 1 1/2 hours, until meat is tender.
• Stir in flour/butter mixture and cook until thickened.
• Serve over noodles, rice or French fries.
