SALAD
1 "BOX" washed, stemmed mixed greens
1 Pear - Chopped
1/4 C Blue Cheese - crumbled
1/2 C Pecans toasted (or candied pecans)
1/4 Lb prosciutto, cut into thin strips

DRESSING
3T Balsamic Vinegar
2T Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

1. In a small bowl whisk together the balsamic vinegar, oil and salt and pepper.

SALAD
1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, pears and blue cheese. Toss with the dressing. Add the pecans and prosciutto and
serve.
