8 ears of corn
1 Tbsps. cilantro
1 1/2 cups chopped cucumber
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes cut
1 cup orange bell pepper (or at color of your choice)
green onions chopped
about 3 to 4 Tbsps. of Briannas, Home Style, Blush Wine Vinaigrette

Directions:

Cook corn and when cool cut off of cob.
Mix rest of the vegetables with the corn, cilantro and dressing.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate!
