1 TBLS yeast or two envelopes
5 Cups flour
½ cup melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Heat milk, water, sugar, and salt until lukewarm. Add eggs and yeast. Mix well. Measure flour into bowl. Make a well in center of flour. Pour liquid mixture in center. Cover let rest 20 to 30 minutes. Pour melted butter or margarine into flour and mix well. If dough is too sticky add more flour. Cover let set 20-30 minutes. Shape into rolls or loaves. Use a little flour if sticky. Let set another 20-30 minutes. Bake in 375º oven.

This recipe can be made into cinnamon rolls. Instead of shaping into rolls or loaves roll out on a floured surface and spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll into a jelly roll and cut into slices. Follow above recipe as directed.

Personal Notes:
I found this recipe a few years ago and started using it. It is an easy recipe for first time bread makers. If you have a stand alone mixer it makes this recipe even easier.
