1 pint ricotta or cottage cheese
1 Cup grated mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese
1 pkg. chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed)
tsp. oregano
2 eggs
Parsley
1 pkg. uncooled noodles
1 quart Ragu sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 7 ingredients together. In 13x9 inch baking pan layer lasagna noodles, add cheese mixture then top with Ragu sauce. Top if desire with more grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Add 1 cup water. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350. You may substitute 1 pound of browned ground beef instead of spinach.
