1 pound hot sausage
1/2 to 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2-1/2 cups Bisquick plus extra

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sausage and cheese in large mixer. Then add Bisquick.

Either drop biscuits and cook at 350º until brown on ungreased cookie sheet OR lightly flour surface with additional Bisquick and roll out dough (using hand, not a rolling pin) and then cut into large biscuits with a biscuit cutter. Bake at 325º for 24 minutes. These can be frozen and reheated in microwave.
