2 (28 ounce) crushed tomatoes
1 quart tomato juice
1 1/2 pounds bacon
2 large onions, chopped
2 pounds elbow macaroni
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar/colby jack cheese

To triple recipe:6 (28 ounce) crushed tomatoes
5 pounds bacon
6 large onions
5 pounds elbow macaroni
6 pounds cheeses

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon crispy, take out of pan and drain except for a small amount of grease. Add the onions chopped and cook until transparent. Add tomatoes and juice and simmer, put bacon back into the sauce. Cook macaroni and serve on individual plates, macaroni, cheese and sauce.
