Wild Rice, Chicken, and Grape Salad Recipe

3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1/2 cups wild rice
1 cup white rice
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
6 green onions
1 cup cahsews
1/2 cup purple grapes, sliced in half

Combine chicken broth and water. Divide and cook both rices as directed. Mix cooked chicken, wild rice, white rice, green onions, cashews and grapes together.

Mix together and stir into chicken mixture:
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 2/3 cups mayonnaise
1 tsp tarragon vinegar
1 T lemon juice

Serve palin or on mini-rolls, croissants, or cream puffs. Excellent!
