1 pound pork sausage
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can crescent dinner rolls
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup thick and chunky salsa
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain and set aside. In a bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Separate crescent rolls and arrange, with points toward the center, to cover bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan or deep 9-inch dish. Spoon in sausage; sprinkle with hash browns and cheddar cheese. Pour egg mixture over all. Spread salsa over top to cover. Sprinkle parmesan over all. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.

Makes 6-8 servings.
