Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1lb Angel hair spaghetti (dried)
1/2C Extra-virgin olive oil
4. Garlic cloves - minced
1T Red pepper flakes
1/4C Fresh Italian parsley, chopped
2T Fresh Basil leaves, chopped
Fresh Parmesan Cheese - grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring 6 quarts of salted water to a boil in a large pot.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant. It's important not to burn the garlic - it will become bitter.
3. Add the red pepper flakes and saute for 1 minute.
4. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente, 2 - 3 minutes. Drain the pasta in a colander. Do not rinse pasta with water -- you want to retain the pasta's natural starches so that the sauce will stick.
5. Carefully add the pasta to the heated olive oil and garlic, and toss to coat.

Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese
