1 Loaf Multi Grain Bread - pulled into small pieces
1 C Butter, melted
1 Medium onion - finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
3 T Poultry stuffing

1 cheesecloth type poultry stuffing bag
Directions:
Directions:
1. Place bread in large mixing bowl. Add minced onion, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
2. Pour melted butter into the bread mixture and mix well.
3. Stuff the bread into the poultry stuffing bag. Place the poultry bag of stuffing in the chicken or turkey.
