2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp.baking powder
1/2 tsp.baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup cooking oil
3 eggs
4 cups sliced apple
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat heat oven 350º and grease/flour a 9x13 baking dish or pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cooking oil, and eggs. Mix well. Fold the apples and nuts into the mixture.

Pour batter evenly into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour or until done.
