16 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz Cheddar Cheese
2 tablespoons chopped Green Pepper
3 tablespoons chopped Onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soften cream cheese and shred the cheddar. Combine all ingredients except pecans, using an electric mixer.
2. Chill until workable. Divide cheese mixture into 3 parts and roll into balls, then roll in pecans.
3. Refrigerate 2-3 days ahead for flavors to blend.
