3 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Oil
1 cupsCinnamon
teaspoon Salt
1 1/3 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 cups Walnuts
2 cups grated Carrots
cup Raisins

Creamy icing:
4 oz package Cream Cheese
2 cups Icing Sugar
cup Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Rind of 1 Orange

1. Mix dry ingredients together, then add remaining ingredients.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in greased pan.
3. Cool, then top with creamy icing.
