1/2 cup butter, room temperature
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon butter, for greasing pan
3-4 fresh peaches sliced and chopped or 3 cups canned

Struesel Topping:
Mix together:
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Add in:
4 Tablespoons melted butter
Mix until crumbly

Grease 9" x 13" pan with butter. Preheat oven to 350*. 2 1/2 cups peaches thinly sliced or chopped to cover cake (set aside).

Mix butter and sugar, beat until fluffy 4-5 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla beat at medium speed until smooth.

Add milk and sour cream at low speed until combined.

Add dry ingredients, do not over mix.

Batter will be thick. Spread the peaches over the top of the batter.

Sprinkle struesel mixture over cake and peaches. Spread as evenly as possible.

Bake at 350* for 47-50 minutes. Top will be slightly browned.
