2 T Vegetable Oil
1 lb Large Raw Prawns - peeled
1/4 C Green Onion - chopped
2 T Fresh ginger - minced
4 Garlic cloves - minced
2 T Sherry
2 T Soy Sauce
2 T Ketchup
2 T Chili Sauce
1 t Red Pepper Flakes
1 C Snow Peas - Trimmed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in wok or skillet. Add prawns, onion, ginger, and garlic. Stir fry until prawns are pink.

2. Blend in sherry and soy sauce.

3. Add remaining ingredients and snow peas - stir fry briefly.

Serve with Rice
