4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
4 (6 oz) salmon
1/3 cup bourbon whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large, heavy skillet over medium heat; stir in brown sugar
2. Place salmon fillets on top of brown sugar mixture.
3. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
4. Turn salmon and pour bourbon around the fillets
5. Continue cooking for 5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork
6. Spoon glaze over salmon and serve

Simple and easy way to serve salmon. Looks pretty and is good with brown rice & asparagus
