1/2 cup water
1/4 cup turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon - 1 Tablespoon turmeric paste
1 teaspoon chopped giner
1-6 peppercorns
1 pinch stevia
Coconut milk

Directions:
Directions:
For turmeric paste: Stir together 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup turmeric. Stir over gentle heat 7-10 minutes. If it gets too thick, add water. Store in refrigerator for 2 weeks.

Place two cups coconut milk in saucepan. Add the cinnamon, coconut oil, turmeric paste, ginger, peppercorns and stevia. Simmer on low heat. Strain. Pour into a mug. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

*This is an anti-inflammatory drink.
