1 lb ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
2 large potatoes, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 c milk
1 can cream of mushroom, celery, or potato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Salt and pepper as desired. Layer part of ground beef in casserole;add layer of potatoes then onions. Repeat layers until all are used. Pour milk and soup over mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, if desired.
