2 cups water
1 cup rubbing alcohol

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water with rubbing alcohol.
May double recipe if more ice is desired.
Place mixture in large gallon size ziplock bag.
Turn bag around and inside another ziplock bag, in case of leak.
Place in freezer overnight or until slushy.
Insert bag into a pillow case and place on affected area for 10-15 minutes as needed.
