8 Medium potatoes, peeled and washed
1 T Salt
4 Fresh eggs - hard boiled
4-5 Green onions, green tops only, chopped
1/2 t Lawry's season salt
1/2 - 3/4 C Mayonaise
1/2 - 3/4 C Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes. Once water starts to boil turn to medium and simmer for 1/2 hour, until firm but not hard. Let cool. Grate potatoes.
2. Grate hard cooked eggs. Place potatoes and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
3. Add sour cream, mayonaise, salt and pepper, seasoning salt. Refrigerate.
4. Top with chopped green onion tops and serve.
