3-4 boneless chicken breasts
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 cup cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup canola oil

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
3/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Rinse your chicken breasts in water and cut into cubes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. In a small bowl, add cornstarch. In a separate bowl, whisk the two eggs together. Dip chicken cubes into the cornstarch to coat followed by dipping them into the eggs mixture.

Heat oil in a large skillet and cook your chicken until browned but not cooked through. Place the chicken in a 9x13 greased baking dish.

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
In a mixing bowl, whisk the sugar, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic salt together. Pour evenly over the chicken.

Bake for one hour, turning the chicken every 15 minutes.
