Ingredients:  
1 pound grated cheddar cheese
6 ounces chopped green chilies
3 ounces diced pimentos
1/2 cup sweet relish
2 cups mayonnaise
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 -1/4 cups toasted pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Use mixer or blender to blend well.

If mixture is not as thick as you would like it to be, add another two ounces of cheese. Add cheese until you reach the desired consistency.
