2/3 cup butter, melted
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp hot water
2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º

2. Beat butter, brown sugar (lightly packed), eggs and hot water until smooth.

3. In a separate bowl, stir flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Stir into butter mixture.

4. Stir chocolate chips into mixture. Drop 1 tablespoon of dough onto ungreased baking sheet.

5. Bake 8 - 10 minutes.
