Add flavoring to sugar and Crisco and mix well Alternately add an egg and 1 cup flour Mix well after each addition Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet Slightly flatten with the bottom of a glass Cook at 325º for 12 to 15 minutes ( edges will begin to brown)
