2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder or minced dried onion
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

First, coat meat in yellow mustard. Then mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and pat onto meat.
