Banana Cream Pie Recipe

1 Pilsbury Pie Crust
1 Large Package Vanilla Pudding Mix
Approximately 3 cups Sweetened Condensed Milk (this replaces the water in the pudding mix)
3 Cups extra Heavy Whipping Cream
4-5 Whole Bananas ( It is important to get green tip bananas, this way the pie isn't too sweet)

1) Using a deep pie dish, bake off crust and then cool.
2) In a large bowl, add sweetened condensed milk to pudding mix and let it set up in the fridge. Not
for too long though.
3) Whip the cream, until stiff. Do not add sugar.
4) Fold the pudding mixture and whipped cream together, gently incorporating them together.
5) Slice the bananas on the bias, approx. ¼" thick.
6) Add layer of pudding/cream mixture to the bottom of the pie crust.
7) Add a single layer of sliced bananas.
8) Add 2 inches of pudding/cream mixture to pie.
9) Add another layer of sliced bananas.
10) Top with the rest of the pudding/cream mixture.
11) Chill (for at least a couple of hours), slice and serve.
