Chop Suey Recipe

Chicken Breast

1 Cup Celery
1/2 cup Green Pepper
2 Cups Sliced Onion
1 Cup Mushroom

3 Tbsp Soya Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 Cup Beef Broth
1 Cup Water

2 Cups Cabbage
2 Cups Bean Sprouts

Stir and fry in olive oil a chicken Breast

Add the celery, green pepper, onion and mushrooms and stir fry for 4 minutes

Bring Soya sauce, salt and pepper, beff broth and water and bring to a boil

Add to the frying pan.

Next add 2 cups of cabbage, 2 cups bean sprouts and stir fry for 3 minutes

Blend t Tbsp Cornstarch with 3 Tbsp cold water. Add to the stir fry
