1 Egg
⅓ c. Milk
tsp. Oil
c. Flour
tsp. Salt
tsp. Baking Powder
tbsp. Vinegar
⅛ tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the egg, milk, oil and vinegar in one bowl. In another bowl mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and pepper. Add the dry ingredients to the liquid.

Flour the fish pieces then put them in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
