Brendan's Club


Cod fish
Lemon juice
1/3 cup Butter
1 Onion (chopped)
1/4 cup Celery (finely chopped)
2 Cups Bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Carrots
1 tsp Savory
Salt and pepper
! egg (beaten)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Grease Baking sheet, wash the fish with 2 tsp lemon juice on the inside and out

Melt 1/3 cup butter in a saucepan, add 1 onion chopped and 1/4 cup of celery and cook for 10 mins or until soft
Combine 2 cups bread crumbs with 1/2 cup grated carrot, 1 tsp savory, salt and pepper.
Add 1 beaten egg amd mix well

Brush salmon with oil, place on a baking sheet for 10 mins/ for every inch. (~ 1 Hr)
