Salmon Fillets/Squid
2 tsp. Lemon juice
⅓ c. Butter
1 Onion, chopped
¼ c. Celery, finely chopped
2 c. Bread crumbs
½ c. Carrot, grated
1 tsp. Savory
Salt and pepper
1 Egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease Baking sheet.

Wash the fish/squid with 2 tsp lemon juice on the inside and out. Melt butter in a saucepan, add onion and celery and cook for 10 minutes or until soft. Combine bread crumbs with carrot, 1 tsp savory, salt and pepper. Add 1 beaten egg and mix well.

Brush salmon/squid with oil, place on a baking sheet for 10 mins/ for every inch. (~ 1 Hr)
