1 bag coleslaw mix
2 package ramen noodles (dry)
1 avocado peeled, diced
1 mango peeled, diced
1/2 c slivered almonds
1/2 c sliced green onions
2/3 c veggie oil
1/3 c honey
1/3 c rice wine vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
pinch salt and pepper

Crumble ramen noodles. In a large bowl, toss coleslaw, ramen noodles, avocado, mango, almonds and green onions.

In a small bowl, whisk oil, honey, vinegar, soy sauce and salt and pepper. Toss with salad.
