Directions:
Beat eggs; add a drop of yellow food coloring. Add either 1 cup of cold broth or ½ cup broth with ½ cup water. Liquid has to be cold. Add salt and flour. Add flour enough to make dough stiff. Roll out on floured surface. Cut into ¼ to ½ inch width noodles. Mom cut these noodles narrow but they were long. Let noodles rest on surface. Toss noodles in flour on surface. Drop into boiling broth after removing boiled chicken. This was one of our favorite meals my mother made.
