Fryer chicken
2 cups self-rising flour
¼ teaspoon soda
¼ to ½ teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until done. Remove from broth. Mix all ingredients except chicken and drop into hot boiling broth. Cook until done. Dumplings will float to top.
