Boiled chicken
3 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
cup cooking oil
cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken add salt and pepper. Remove chicken from broth.
Dumplings: Mix flour, soda, cooking oil, and salt. Add cold water Tablespoon at a time until mixture is sticky (Not to thin.)
Roll on floured board a piece at a time about the size of a teacup. Cut into strips 3-4 inch long. Drop into boiling broth which has a stick of butter and black pepper added. DO NOT STIR. After you have all the dumplings in the pot. Let boil 5 minutes. Add 2 cups of milk. Ready to eat.
