Makes 2 loaves:
4 cups all purpose flour
1 cups warm water
1 pkg yeast
1 teaspoon salt
cup cooking oil

Filling:
pound shredded Mozzarella cheese
pound shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pound cooked and crumbled sausage (drained)
10 slices of thin sliced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Makes two Stromboli:
Dough: Combine water, yeast, salt and oil. Add 2 cups of flour and blend. Add other 2 cups of flour knead. Divide dough in half. Roll in 9x15 inch rectangle.
Prepare Filling: Place half of filling on center of rectangle. Fold up ends and then fold over top.
Bake on cookie sheet with rim at 450 for 15-20 minutes.
