10-12 CHICKEN WINGS
1/2 CUP CORNSTARCH
COOKING OIL
1/4 CUP CATCHUP
3/4 CUP SUGAR
1 TEASPOON GARLIC
1 EGG, BEATEN
1/4 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
1/2 CUP VINEGAR
1 TEASPOON SOY SAUCE
1 TEASPOON SALT

Directions:
Directions:
CUT TIPS FROM WINGS AND BOIL IN BROTH.
DIP WINGS IN EGGS, THEN CORN STARCH TO WHICH GARLIC HAS BEEN ADDED.
POUR OIL IN PAN AND BROWN WINGS.
MAKE SAUCE WITH REST OF THE INGREDIENTS.
PLACE WINGS IN PAN AND COVER WITH SAUCE.
BAKE 40 MINUTES IN 375º OVEN.
