3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup brown rice syrup
4 TBSP butter
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
7-8 cups crispy rice cereal
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, syrup, and butter into a medium saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, stirring until melted.
2. Pour peanut butter mixture over rice cereal. Mix well. Press into 9x13 inch pan.
3. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips slowly in a small saucepan over medium heat. Spread over top of bars immediately.
