1 lb thin steak, bite sized pieces
1 small onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz egg noodles
4 c beef broth
1 c sour cream
4 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place Instant pot on saute add butter, onion and steak until butter is melted. Pour in soup and egg noodles. Place Instant Pot on manual high pressure for 6 minutes. Do a quick release. Stir in sour cream. Serve and enjoy.

Being the only one of Jerry's biological children to graduate High School.... to see one complete her second College Degree (Associates and Undergrad) was a day of celebration and a day that made Jerry proud.
